At Småländska Bil, customer experience is at the center of our operations. We are now strengthening our team and looking for a Service Salesperson for our Mercedes-Benz customer reception in Växjö. In this role, you will be the primary contact for customers during workshop visits and responsible for ensuring that every customer meeting is characterized by professionalism, clarity, and quality in line with Mercedes-Benz's high standards.

As a Service Advisor, you will work closely with both customers and the workshop, taking full responsibility for planning, communication, and follow-up of service and workshop tasks. This role is suitable for you who thrive in a structured and event-driven everyday life, have a strong service mindset, and want to work with a global premium brand.

Småländska Bil is a well-established car company with facilities in Vetlanda, Kalmar, and Växjö. We work with two strong brands – Mercedes-Benz and Kia.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for customer reception and represent Mercedes-Benz in every customer meeting with high professionalism

  • Plan, book, coordinate, and follow up on service and workshop visits

  • Ensure clear and trust-building communication regarding the scope of work, costs, and timelines

  • Prepare quotes, work orders, and invoicing documentation according to established processes and guidelines

  • Be the customer's contact point and act as a link between the customer, workshop, and the rest of the organization

  • Handle warranty cases, service agreements, and complaints in accordance with Mercedes-Benz guidelines

  • Actively work with follow-up to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationships

Your Profile

  • Documented experience in customer reception

  • Very good administrative skills and experience working in a structured manner in an event-driven environment

  • Strong communication skills and a businesslike, trustworthy demeanor

  • Good digital competence and experience with business, booking, or workshop systems

  • A genuine service mindset and understanding of premium customers' expectations for quality and delivery

  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility

  • Valid driver's license (B)

Experience working with Mercedes-Benz or another premium brand is an advantage, as well as a good technical understanding of modern vehicles, including electric cars.
